I help you get rid of the obstacles to doing what works best for you. Can’t lose those last 10 pounds? Super stressed? Feeling a little joyless and look at your coffee break as the high point of the day? Wheezing after five steps up the stairs? You actually already know what you want to do. You just need a motivated buddy to get you through each step, even when it’s three steps back from where you began.
